Liquid Turmeric Apple Cider Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple cider juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp Qunol Liquid Turmeric 1000mg (two servings)
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 5 cinnamon sticks (or more to your liking)
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon, 1 tbsp ground cloves
  • Optional: 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Recipe

  1. Slice apples and oranges into quadrants or thin slices.
  2. Portion out ground cinnamon and ground cloves.
  3. In a large pot on the stove, combine apples, oranges, Qunol Liquid Gold, cinnamon sticks, ground cloves and cinnamon. (Optional: Add honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.)
  4. Pour in 2 cups of apple cider juice, and 2 cups of water.
  5. Stir everything together, and turn on the stove. 
  6. Boil all the ingredients together for 20+ minutes. You should start to smell the aroma in the air!
  7. Once all the fruit has softened and ingredients have combined, serve in a mug or glass of your choice. Enjoy!
