Ingredients
- 2 cups apple cider juice
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp Qunol Liquid Turmeric 1000mg (two servings)
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 5 cinnamon sticks (or more to your liking)
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon, 1 tbsp ground cloves
- Optional: 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Recipe
- Slice apples and oranges into quadrants or thin slices.
- Portion out ground cinnamon and ground cloves.
- In a large pot on the stove, combine apples, oranges, Qunol Liquid Gold, cinnamon sticks, ground cloves and cinnamon. (Optional: Add honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.)
- Pour in 2 cups of apple cider juice, and 2 cups of water.
- Stir everything together, and turn on the stove.
- Boil all the ingredients together for 20+ minutes. You should start to smell the aroma in the air!
- Once all the fruit has softened and ingredients have combined, serve in a mug or glass of your choice. Enjoy!
