Shipping Information
Most orders will be processed and shipped within two to three business days. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 pm EST., weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Orders are mailed thorough a carrier of our choice. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
†Free Shipping & Handling offer is available on single orders totaling $25.00 or more (before taxes). A flat rate of $6.75 will apply for shipping & handling on orders under $25.00. Offer valid on ground shipping and only in the U.S. Â
Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected, so please plan ahead and order early.
Return Policy
You can order with confidence at Qunol.com. When you make a purchase directly from Qunol.com, it comes at no risk to you. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Qunol.com, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling).
Products cannot be returned unless they are new, unopened, unused and in the original factory-sealed packaging. Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed, and we will only pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued after we receive and process your return.
If you purchased your Qunol product from any retailer, you must return it to that retailer for your refund and comply with that retailer’s returns policies. We do not accept returns of products purchased from retailers.
To start a return for orders placed on Qunol.com, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-290-2621 Monday-Friday, or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST or email customerservice@qunol.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions and an authorization number.
