Qunol Move Like a Champion Contest (“Contest”) Official Contest Rules (the “Official Rules”)

THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION BY RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER UNLESS YOU ARE AT LEAST THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR STATE OF RESIDENCE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AND A QUNOL COMMUNITY MEMBER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY FOR THOSE ENTERING VIA ENTRY METHOD 1. 

NO PURCHASE OF QUNOL PRODUCTS OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE LIKELIHOOD OF SELECTION. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.  

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE QUNOL UGC TERMS OF USE, AND THE DECISIONS AND SELECTION PROCESS OF THE SPONSOR IN CHOOSING CONTEST WINNER(S), WHICH SHALL BE NON-APPEALABLE AND FINAL IN ALL RESPECTS. 

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to individuals who are legal U.S. residents of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, 18 years of age (19 in AL or NE) or older at the time of entry, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government issued photo ID and, for those participating via Method 1, are a Qunol Community member (each person meeting these requirements, a “Participant”). Participants must be over the age of majority and will be required to sign a release for themselves and on behalf of any minors included in the submitted video. The following persons are not eligible to participate: Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Quten Research Institute, LLC (“Sponsor”), their parents, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and any distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Contest, if any (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), including such parties’ affiliates and agents, and their respective (if natural persons) immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) of each and those living in their same households (those persons, whether related or not, who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Contest).  

2. CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 23, 2026 (“Contest Period”). The time clock of Sponsor’s computer used in administering the Contest is the official clock for the Contest. 

3. HOW TO ENTER:  

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. During the Contest Period, there are two (2) entry methods by which Participants will enter the Contest upon meeting each entry method’s requirements and will receive a maximum of one (1) entry per person/registered email address.  Each participant by submitting a video submission or essay submission gives Sponsor the rights to the submission in accordance with the UGC Terms here:   

  • Entry Method 1 (Via a Tag, Follow and Video Submission) (“Method 1”): To enter, you must before the end of the Contest Period: (1) submit a video, generated without the assistance of AI, no longer than 2 minutes in length, showing how you find joy through movement - whether that is part of your daily routine, a favorite physical activity or a unique way of staying active (“Video Submission”); (2) Upload the video to Instagram, Facebook or TikTok and tag @Qunol in the post of the video submission on or before August 23,2026; (3) follow @Qunol on the platform on which you submit; and (4) send a copy of the video submission to the email address Social@Qunol.com on or before August 23, 2026 upon request. Correctly following the four steps above will result in one entry (“Entry”) into the Contest, subject to a maximum of one (1) entry per person/email address during the Contest Period, regardless of the entry method used.  Incomplete entries submitted via Method 1 will be disqualified and not result in an entry into the Contest. 
  • Entry Method 2 (Alternative Entry Method Via Email) (“Method 2”):  (1) Type into an email your name, address (no P.O. Box), city, state, Zip Code, email address and phone number, and use as a subject line Your full name and “Qunol Move Like a Champion AMOE”; (2) Write or type without AI assistance at least three hundred and no more than six hundred words describing how you find joy through movement - whether that is part of your daily routine, a favorite physical activity or a unique way of staying active and e-mail it to Social@Qunol.com with the required subject line on or before August 23, 2026 (“Essay Submission”).  Following the two steps above will result in one Entry into the Contest, subject to a maximum of one (1) entry per person/email address during the Contest Period, regardless of entry method used. Incomplete entries submitted via Method 2 will be disqualified and not result in an entry into the Contest. 

All participants agree to the splicing, reformatting or shortening of their content at Sponsor’s election, regardless of the entry method chosen, and further agree to be bound by the UGC Terms of Use available here.  

All participants must have a valid email address. By submitting your entry, you confirm that you are eligible to participate according to these Official Rules and consent to receive promotional material from Sponsor, but you may revoke such consent and unsubscribe at any time, and your Entry will not be removed. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to distribute entry offers at various times throughout the Contest Period through additional means which may include, but not be limited to, by e-mail to online subscribers of Qunol (subject to the terms and limitations set forth in such e-mail).   

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Contest Period, regardless of entry method used. Each submission must be manually key stroked and/or manually entered by the individual participant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of Entries (including but not limited to Entries made using any script, macro, bot or contest service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email addresses/IP addresses may be blocked. For purposes of the Contest, a participant’s residential address and e-mail address will be the physical address and e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Participants will not be allowed to change their physical address or e-mail address. Additionally, use of multiple email addresses or multiple identities, phone numbers and/or mailing addresses, and/or the manipulation of such information, for the purpose of obtaining more than the stated number of entries and/or prizes, is prohibited and such persons will be disqualified and all Entries shall be deemed invalid and any prize a participant might have been entitled to win will not be awarded and may be revoked, as determined in the sole discretion by the Sponsor.   

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS OF CONTEST: Twelve (12) winners of the contest (each, a “Contest Winner”) in total will be selected on or about September 1st, 2026, in an evaluation process conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Contest. No substitution, alterations or other adjustments to any item(s) within the Prize will be made in any event. Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) one hundred USD ($100) E-Gift Card to Walmart.  One (1) Runner Up winner will receive one (1) five hundred USD ($500) e-gift card towards ClassPass credits or, at Sponsor’s election, one (1) five hundred dollar VISA e-gift card. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive (1) Gift Basket consisting of ONE (1) Tony Hawk signed skateboard, ONE (1) Yepa helmet, ONE (1) Birdhouse T-Shirt, ONE (1) Birdhouse Sweatshirt and ONE (1) five hundred USD ($500) VISA e-gift card and six (6) Qunol products selected by Sponsor. Total estimated retail value of the Grand prize is $1,200.  

Entries will be evaluated across the following five criteria: 

  1. Relevance to Theme (40%)Clearly addresses the importance of staying active.
  2. Clarity of Message (20%) Main idea is easy to understand.
  3. Content Quality & Insight (20%) Shows originality. Uses examples, personal stories, or evidence effectively. 
  4. Creativity & Storytelling (10%) Presents an engaging narrative or unique perspective. Effectively uses visuals, tone, or format.
  5. Technical Execution and Impact (10%) For videos, audio and visuals are clear and support the message. If submitting a short essay, the story telling is clear and supports the message. Captures and holds viewer or reader’s attention. Leaves a memorable impression.

5. PRIZE DETAILS: No issuer or provider of any such gift card or other component of each Prize is affiliated with this Contest or the Sponsor. Each winner agrees to accept all item(s) in the Prize on an "as-is" basis, as stated by Sponsor, without any modifications thereto, and without warranties of any kind. ClassPass, Walmart, and VISA are not affiliated with this Contest. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any of the foregoing parties. Any logos or names of ClassPass, Walmart and VISA are trademarks of their respective owners. By entering this contest, participants acknowledge that Amazon bears no responsibility for this promotion. 

E-gift cards may only be used at participating businesses or online as given in each e-gift card’s terms and conditions.  Each participant’s acceptance and use of any gift card prize are subject to all eligibility criteria, expiration dates, service or dormancy fees, use restrictions, and all other terms and conditions (if any) imposed by the issuer or provider of any such prize. Neither Sponsor nor any of its respective parents, subsidiaries, or affiliates, is the issuer or provider of any gift card or e-gift card prize, and no issuer or provider of any gift card or e-gift card prize is responsible for establishing those terms and conditions, for disclosing or explaining any of those terms and conditions to the participants, or for any Contest Winner’s failure to comply with any of them.  If a contest winner does not comply with all of those terms and conditions, including execution of the requested release, or if a contest winner does not have access to a participating location at which to use a e-gift card, the contest winner may not be able to obtain the maximum value, or any value, from his or her or their prize. 

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or Promotion Parties resulting from any participant’s participation in the Contest or attempt to participate in the Contest or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Contest. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor or the Promotion Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Contest: Hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet providers, servers, hosts or other providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; inaccessibility of the Web Site in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or Web Site; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Contest, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Contest, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of prizes or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Web Site. Use of Web Site is at user’s own risk. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer equipment resulting from participation in the Contest. In the event of an identity dispute, entry will be considered made by the registered owner of the email address associated with the account used for entry. “Registered owner” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES; PROVIDED THAT SUCH LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY SHALL NOT RESULT IN THE IMPUTATION OF ANY WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE ITEM(S) IN THE PRIZE; 
AS A RESULT, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPHS SHALL NOT APPLY TO A RESIDENT OF NEW JERSEY TO THE EXTENT DAMAGES TO SUCH NEW JERSEY RESIDENT ARE THE RESULT OF SPONSOR OR PROMOTION PARTIES’ NEGLIGENT, FRAUDULENT OR RECKLESS ACT(S) OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT. 

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION:  Potential contest winners will be notified by email the week of September 1st 2026 via either direct message, comment on social media or via e-mail from Social@qunol.com. Each potential Contest Winner will be required to complete, sign and return a PRIZE CLAIM, DECLARATION AND RELEASE FORM within five (5) days of prize notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in any participant’s email address. If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, if a potential Contest Winner cannot be verified, or if winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to another Participant in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each Prize will be delivered within nine (9) weeks of winner verification. If a Prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further liability to award that prize. 

8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  By participating in the Contest, Participants agree (a) to release Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such Participant’s participation in the Contest in the form of a Winner Release to be provided to each potential Winner; (b) under no circumstances will a Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. By accepting a prize, each Participant (a) agrees that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against, any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Contest; from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, including travel thereto and (b) grants (and agrees to confirm such grant in writing promptly upon request) to Sponsor and its designees and assigns the right to use his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements, biographical information at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including the Internet without review, notification or approval, and additional compensation or consideration, unless prohibited by law. Released Parties are not liable in the event that any portion of the Contest (including any prize) is canceled due to pandemics or epidemics, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis including quarantine measures of any government authority or other restrictions, weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, or any other condition beyond their control (a “Force Majeure Event”). 
 
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:  Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on the prize. No substitution or modification of any Prize will be offered. No transfer of any Prize is permitted. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to (a) disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and (b) cancel, modify or terminate the Contest. In the event of cancellation, Contest may in its discretion randomly award the prizes among all eligible, non-suspect entries received from Participants prior to cancellation. This Contest is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey and participants in the Contest agree to resolve all claims related thereto in the federal or state courts located in the State of New Jersey.

Additionally, any communication between any Participant and Sponsor or its agencies regarding this Contest (e.g. phone calls, text messages, chats, email, etc.) may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. 

10. LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

11. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate entry information that may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Contest or be awarded a prize, including but not limited to human error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries for any reason, mail failures, omission, or any combination thereof, and entries that fail to fully comply with these Official Rules; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (iii) lost, incomplete, delayed, mutilated or misdirected entries or Winner Releases; (iv) injury or damage to entrants’ computers or to any other individual’s computer related to or resulting from participating in, or downloading any material regarding the Contest or accepting a prize; (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, including any related travel and the use of entries by Sponsor; (vi) the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third-party computer hackers or otherwise; or (vii) late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential winner.  The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or amend this Contest at any time and in any way, without prior notice to entrants. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Contest and conduct a random draw from all previously received eligible entries from Participants received by the end of the Contest Period.
