Please read these Terms of Sale (these “Terms of Sale”) carefully before making a purchase on www.qunol.com, including any subdomains (the “Site”) as they describe the terms and conditions that govern your online purchase of products from Quten Research Institute, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Qunol”, “us”, “our”, and “we”). Any purchase made through the Site from will be governed by these Terms of Sale, as well as the Terms of Service, and any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or therein.
THE TERMS OF SERVICE CONTAIN VARIOUS LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS AND RELEASES OF LIABILITY IN SECTION 9 OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND A WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN A JURY TRIAL REGARDING ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF THE TERMS OF SALE OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE IN SECTION 11 OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE.
- Welcome to Qunol’s online store! Your use of the Site and/or placing an order for one or more products on the Site constitutes your acceptance of this legally binding agreement with Qunol and agreement to comply with these Terms of Sale. Our online store is supported by third parties such as Shopify Inc. and Recharge Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you, on a one-time or subscription basis. Your use of these Third-Party Tools (as defined in the Terms of Service) is subject to the additional terms applicable to such platform (see Section 6 of our Terms of Service).
- You agree that your order is an offer to buy the products listed in your order under these Terms of Sale. All orders must be accepted by us in order to become a binding obligation to sell you products, and we may choose not to accept any orders in our sole discretion.
After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email at the email address you provided to us for your order with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Acceptance of your order will not take place unless and until you have received your confirmation email.
Order fulfillment is subject to product availability. The inclusion of a product on our Site does not mean that such product is or will be available for purchase through our Site or through any retail or wholesale distributor.
- SUBSCRIPTIONS.
We may offer subscriptions as a means to order our products. For any subscription orders, we will automatically fill your order according to your chosen subscription schedule. Your subscription will continue and your payment method will be charged until you cancel the subscription. Subscription orders will be processed 2 business days prior to the shipment date. You must give Qunol notice of cancellation more than 2 business days prior to the upcoming shipment date for any subscription order.
The price for a subscription is stated on the applicable product detail page (see “Subscribe & Save” details). The total cost charged to your payment method for each subscription order will be the cost of the item on the day that order is processed (which is subject to change) less the Subscribe & Save discount, plus any applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and fees.
We may change the price for a subscription at any time for any reason. We will notify you via email of any changes to price for subscription items.
The total cost for each subscription shipment will be charged to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your subscription order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, you authorize us to update your subscription with another payment method in your account and to charge the payment method for your subscription order. Each charge will be submitted for payment on the date that your item ships.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page. If you cancel your subscription and then reactivate it, the discount applied to any subscription item may not be the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation. If the discount percentage for such subscription item changes, the new discount will be applied to your future shipments of that item.
- Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 pm EST., weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Orders are shipped through a carrier of our choice. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We currently ship to commercial and residential addresses in the 48 contiguous states of the United States, and Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or to international locations or United States territories and protectorates.
Qunol offers free shipping and handling on single orders totaling $25.00 or more (before taxes). A flat rate of $6.75 will apply for shipping and handling on orders under $25.00. This offer of free shipping is valid on ground shipping only and only in the U.S.
Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected, so please plan ahead and order early.
- PAYMENT METHODS. Our Site currently accepts credit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay, Amazon Pay, UnionPay, JCB, Elo, and Diners Club. Your credit card is charged when your order ships. If the credit card issuer does not authorize payment to us for any reason, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide in connection with your order. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us, and any third party collecting this information on our behalf, to provide your information to third parties to facilitate your requested transaction.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our online store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

- If a product purchased from Qunol.com is damaged or defective, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt of the product for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling). We do not accept returns of any Qunol product, so you should not ship any unwanted Qunol product back to Qunol.
If you purchased your Qunol product from any retailer, you must contact that retailer for your refund and comply with that retailer’s return and refund policies. We do not offer refunds for products purchased from retailers.

- MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. If you are not satisfied with product purchased from a participating retailer or com for any reason, contact Customer Service at 1-877-290-2621 Monday-Friday, or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST or email customerservice@qunol.com with original proof of purchase or order number.
Requests for money-back refunds must be made within 90 days of purchase (the “Purchase Period”). Original proof of purchase required.
A “Qualifying Purchase” is a single purchase of any Qunol product (the “Qualifying Products”) during the Purchase Period from a participating retailer or Qunol.com. For the avoidance of doubt, any products that are not Qualifying Purchases are excluded from this offer. The refund will be equal to the amount of the Qualifying Purchase excluding tax, less any coupons or other discounts to the purchase price received at point of sale (including store cash or rewards discounts), on the Qualifying Purchase, provided that the maximum value of the refund will not exceed $49.99 as to any one person, entity, or household, regardless of the number of Qualifying Products purchased. Qunol and its agents reserve the right to adjust the refund amount if a coupon value is present on the receipt, believed to be received as a discount on the participating product.
LIMIT ONE REFUND PER NAME, ADDRESS, ENTITY OR HOUSEHOLD. Limit one refund request per original receipt. Requests from employees, retailers, distributors, healthcare providers, resellers, groups, organizations, or from alleged purchasers without a receipt, will not be honored. Duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete or illegible requests will not be honored. Qunol is not responsible for lost, late or undeliverable responses. Rights to the refund are not assignable or transferable. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for mailing of refund check. Offer valid only in the 50 United States and D.C. Void where prohibited.
- We cannot guarantee requests for changes or cancellations once you submit your order on the Site, because we try to prioritize promptly processing and shipping your order. Please contact customerservice@qunol.com for assistance if you want to request cancellation or changes to your order.
- DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS. From time to time, we may share information about our product promotions, sales or discount code offers by posting updates on our Site, through our social media accounts, or via e-mail to individuals we think would be interested in knowing about them. Any discounts or promotions are subject to the specific rules related to such discount or promotion and are subject to change. Coupon codes may be discontinued by Qunol at any time without notice, in our sole discretion.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, however, price changes made after a submitted order will not apply to that order. The product prices on the Site are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, if applicable.
The amount of tax charged on your order will depend on the item purchased and the destination of the shipment. Certain items may be exempt from sales tax, depending on state and local laws. If this applies to your order, the final confirmation page will display any applicable sales tax charged. The sales tax actually charged will be calculated when your order is shipped and will reflect applicable state and local taxes. If an item is subject to sales tax in the state to which the order is shipped, tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, which can include shipping and handling fees.
We will attempt to collect applicable taxes where we’ve determined we have a duty to. We are not required to, and do not, collect taxes in all states. You may have a duty to directly report and pay taxes if we do not collect such taxes. It’s understood that you are ultimately responsible for any use, ad valorem, and other applicable taxes and fees related to your purchase.
- DESCRIPTION ERRORS. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that are offered through the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice, in our sole discretion. We endeavor to present all information on the Site accurately, however, we do not warrant or guarantee accuracy, and we are not responsible if product descriptions or specifications on our Site is not complete, accurate, reliable, current or error-free. If you become aware of an error, please call it to our attention by emailing customerservice@qunol.com. We reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
- RISK OF LOSS. You are solely responsible for providing us with a correct, safe shipping address accessible by common carriers during the Site order checkout process. You hereby release us from any and all liability if the delivery address provided to the Site is incorrect or if you fail to collect the order shipment from the delivery address provided to the Site. Title to, and the risk of loss of, the product(s) ordered transfers to you upon delivery to the delivery address provided to the Site.
- RESERVED RIGHTS. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order including without limitation orders placed under the same customer account, credit card or using the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by email or billing contact information provided when the order was made. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You may not resell or otherwise provide (via samples or otherwise) any products purchased from us to any third-party without our express written consent in advance.
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the Site. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer and to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for sale of any product made on the Site is void where prohibited. We may exercise any of the foregoing rights on a case-by-case basis.
